These terms govern purchases of the AI Consent & Policy Kit ("the kit") from Cole Allen Butler ("we").
The kit is a set of templates and general information prepared with artificial intelligence from published laws, regulations and professional codes, and checked against those sources by a separate automated review step. It is not legal advice, and buying or using it does not create an attorney-client relationship. Laws change and differ by situation. You are responsible for having a qualified attorney licensed in your state review any document before you rely on it, and for decisions about your practice.
The kit is emailed to the address you give at checkout, usually within a few hours. For 12 months after purchase, if a law or guidance reflected in your kit changes, we email you the updated documents.
A solo kit is licensed for one clinician's practice; a group kit for one practice of up to 10 clinicians and its staff. You may adapt the documents for that practice. You may not resell or redistribute them.
If anything in your kit is inaccurate, or it does not cover the state you bought it for, reply to your delivery email within 14 days of purchase. We will correct it, and if we cannot, we will refund you in full. Because the kit is delivered immediately, we do not otherwise offer refunds. A refunded order no longer receives updates.
The kit is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of or reliance on the kit, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for it.
