We collect only what checkout needs: your name, email address, state, license type and practice name, plus payment details, which Stripe processes (we never see your card number). We use this to deliver your kit and its updates, to answer support requests, and for accounting. We do not sell or share it except with the services that run checkout and email.
The waitlist is our newsletter's sign-up on Buttondown; you can unsubscribe from any email.
Never send us client information. The kit does not need it and we do not want it.
